Nick has coached swimming for more than ten years and still coaches at Northern Virginia Aquatic Club, which he co-founded. In 2025 the American Swimming Coaches Association named him one of its Top 25 Age Group Coaches for large teams. He is also an electrical and computer engineer. Everything we make is used at real practices before it reaches yours.
We build the Neon Pace Clock, and it is the best clock we know how to make. For live streaming we use Streamline, because it is the most capable meet broadcast software we have found. We sell products that we use ourselves. Neither is the cheapest option in swimming. Neither is meant to be. Everything we sell is made for an aquatics environment and built to keep working, because you should not have to buy the same thing twice.
Software improvements regularly reach equipment already in the field. We would rather improve what you own than sell you a new one. When something fails after the warranty, tell us anyway. Often we can help. Call or write and you reach someone who knows the product, not a ticket queue. Neon is a small company in Northern Virginia, and it stays that way on purpose.
